Changed Your Mind?

We cannot issue a refund simply because you've reconsidered after purchase. An order is treated as final the moment it's placed and paid for.

Fees for Our Services

Once a trademark search and clearance report has been completed and sent to you, the fee for that work is no longer refundable. That's because our team's time and expertise are committed the moment work on your matter begins.

Fees Paid to the Government

Fees paid to government agencies for filings or official actions are non-refundable in every case, since those amounts go directly to the relevant authority and are beyond our control.

When Exceptions Apply

A refund outside these terms will only be issued if the law requires it; no other exceptions are made.
